Lucky Star Studio offers ongoing, studio-based art programs for young people who want to work with real materials, learn new processes, and spend time developing their own ideas.
Programs are built for students who want more than a quick project: space to experiment, guidance when they need it, and enough time for work to grow.
After School Artists
Monday–Thursday · 3:15–5:00 p.m. · Ages 5–18
After-School Artists is Lucky Star Studio’s weekday studio-art program for young people who want regular time to make. Students work with real materials, learn new processes, and have room to develop projects over multiple days.
Choose the enrollment option that fits your family’s schedule: reserve individual studio days or enroll for the full Monday–Thursday month at a 5% savings.
Full week with all lessons within the weeks theme and includes a Thursday “mini gallery” to show parents all projects completed during the week. Ongoing after school art with new projects, materials, and techniques throughout the year. Lucky Star Studio treats students as capable people with ideas worth developing. They learn real artistic skills and processes they can carry with them beyond the studio.
Projects build both skill and independent thinking. Students draw from art, science, history, design, storytelling, observation, and their own interests to research, solve problems, and create original work.
Youth gallery shows throughout the year give students the opportunity to share their work with parents, families, and the studio community.

Home School Studio Days
Mondays 9:15-11am 5+yrs
A weekly daytime studio session for young people who learn outside a traditional school-day schedule. Designed with homeschool families in mind and open to anyone looking for a consistent weekday art program.
Students explore materials, build skills, and work on projects in a small studio setting.
A weekly creative day for homeschoolers ages 5+! Drop off for a hands-on art lesson every Monday, with a new project and creative focus each week. Kids get to learn, experiment, make something they’re proud of, and spend the day creating with other young artists — all materials included.
